John Bergan was licensed by the State of California as a real estate broker in 1983. He joined the firm of American Pacific Commercial Brokerage as an Apprentice and was trained in all areas of sales and leasing of office, industrial, retail and land properties.
In his career he has held the positions of Associate, Sales Manager, Vice President/General Manager and President, CEO of various commercial brokerages he has been associated with over the years.
In September of 1992 John along with broker George Russell, left the corporate world to set up and become partners of Bergan-Russell & Associates. Our Mission Statement is to provide excellent and personal service to all referrals, to respond quickly to all sign calls and phone inquiries, and most important, to treat all of our clients and customers with honesty and integrity.
