John Bergan was licensed by the State of California as a real estate broker in 1983. He joined the firm of American Pacific Commercial Brokerage as an Apprentice and trained in all areas of sales and leasing of office, industrial, retail, and land properties.
Over the years he held the positions of Associate, Sales Manager, Vice President/General Manager, and President, CEO of various commercial brokerages.
In September, 1992, John and broker George Russell left the corporate world to set up and become partners of Bergan-Russell & Associates. Their mission: To provide excellent and personal service to all referrals, to respond quickly to all sign calls and phone inquiries, and (most important) to treat all of their customers with honesty and integrity.
John has brokered millions of dollars in lease values and sales of all types of Commercial properties. In a confidential meeting at your convenience your particular real estate needs will benefit from his many years of experience and training.
